ONE DELEGATION GERMANY – VISIT TO MBAGATHI HOSPITAL

A high-level delegation from ONE, Germany ,comprising Karoline Lerche (Director, Partnerships, Communications & Public Affairs), Stephan Exo-Kreischer (Executive Director, Continental Europe), and William Menson (Director, Health Financing) paid a courtesy call to Mbagathi County Referral Hospital following an outreach by the CEO, Mbagathi Hospital.

The engagement focused on strengthening support for County Health Systems, with particular attention to Mbagathi Hospital. The visit marked a positive step toward building meaningful partnerships aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery and advancing sustainable health financing solutions.

The CEO, in his capacity as the Chairman of the County Health Reforms Committee expounded on H.E Gov Sakaja’s manifesto and healthcare vision, and pleaded with the team on funding opportunities from the German Government, European Union and other global organizations including World Bank.
