/0 Comments/in News /by Web MasterBuildings have proven to be a safe haven during the ongoing pandemic. The stay at home message assumes that the built environment does not spread disease or cause further sickness.
Kenya Green Building Society has invited Mbagathi Hospital to receive the first indoor and outdoor air quality sensors under the World Green Building Council Global Better Places for People Program and by extension the Plant a sensor global campaign. The indoor air quality and outdoor air quality sensors will be handed over for installation at Mbagathi Hospital to start collection of data. The event will be held on Thursday 2111 May 2020 at 11.00 am.
This data will facilitate a global boost in awareness about the extent of the air pollution crisis. This knowledge will empower action, and trigger necessary responses from citizens, the private sector and policy makers.
